Gamenight blog: Bills visit Ravens

Welcome to the live blog, the Bills are visiting the Ravens from Baltimore.

Tyrod Taylor left the game and is in concussion protocol.

Nathan Peterman is in the game throwing a strike to Zay Jones. LeSean McCoy has had some solid runs so far.

Defense has given up a Tucker 40 yard field goal. 

The running defense has been good once again, nice tackling. 

Ryan Mallet in at QB, Bills doing a good job in coverage. The Ravens are getting a drive going….3 first downs as the 1st quarter is over. 

Bills PR announces that Taylor is out for the rest of the game. 

Bills offensive line killing the offense with penalties. Dawkins with an illegal formation, it degates a 17-yard pass from Peterman to Clay. Bills end up punting.

The defense holds up as some of the starters like Kyle Williams are on the bench. 

The offense converts another 3rd down but a penalty on Jordan Mills, results in another punt.

The Bills offense so far is averaging 1.6 yards per play. Penalties are killing this team. 

Richie with his second penalty of the game. The Bills offense has just 41 yards of offense. Penalties are raining down in Baltimore. 

Bills defense with a nice drive here, Hughes causing a holding penalty against the Ravens. Preston Brown stuffing on a run play. 

Smith runs into Schmitt and the Bills get the back at the two minute warning. 

Looks like this two minute drill is bringing the best out of the Bills offense. Peterman finding Jones, O’Leary and Clay. 

Jones draws a spot foul defensive pass interference. Bills at the 5 yard line. Peterman using time effectively and Mike Tolbert runs it in for a touchdown. 11 plays, 83 yards in 2:33. 

2nd half starts with the Bills giving up a few runs, but ultimately Ravens punt after a nice third down tackle by Preston Brown.
