As the Bills take on the Panthers Sunday, it’s time to take a look back at the last time these two teams faced each other in 2013.
The Mario Williams game: This has to be Mario William’s best game as a Bill. He recorded 4.5 sacks on Cam Newton and was the force we all expected him to consistently be.
The Legend of Kiko Alonso: The popular rookie had his first standout game as a Bill. Recording 9 tackles, a sack and an interception.
The Combo of CJ and Fred: The two headed rushing attack combined for over 130 rushing yards, along with 8 receptions for 50 yards.
EJ Manuel’s game winning drive: Down 23-17 with 1:38 left and no timeouts, rookie EJ Manuel led the Bills 80 yards and the game winning passing touchdown to Stevie Johnson. The former Bill also had a nice game, 8 catches, 111 yards and the touchdown. Manuel finished with 296 yards passing, in arguably his best game as a Buffalo Bill.
It’s the last time we all together believed in EJ.
