The Buffalo Bills have placed wide receiver Jordan Matthews and defensive end Shaq Lawson on injured reserve.
Matthews was acquired in a trade back the Summer from the Philadelphia Eagles. He ends the season with 25 catches for 282 yards and a touchdown. He is a free agent at the end of the season. Not the ideal season for Matthews.He goes on IR for his knee.
Shaq Lawson finishes the season with 33 tackles and 4 sacks. He’s on IR with a ankle injury.
The Bills promote wide receiver Brandon Reilly, a fan favorite from training camp and preseason. He gets an opportunity.
Defensive end Cap Capi also promoted from practice squad.
