The Buffalo Bisons have their opening day starter for Friday in Rochester.
Joe Biagini will take the mound for the Herd as Buffalo begins the 2018 season.
Biagini, 27, has played in 104 career games the past two seasons for the BlueJays. He was 3-13 with a 5.34 ERA in 44 games last season for Toronto.
He had brief stint with Buffalo in 2017, Biagini posted a 3.04 earned run average in 4 starts.
The UC Davis product was figured to be bullpen insurance or as a 6th starter. But after putting up a 5.09 ERA in 7 spring training starts, he was optioned to Buffalo.
Can Biagini get his game back on track as an ace with the Bisons?
