By Brandon J. Koch

The Buffalo Bisons defeated the Indianapolis Indians by a score of 11-1 tonight at Coca-Cola Field.

After a one run performance yesterday, the Bisons offense woke up, putting up another double digit run and hit total.

Roemon Fields with a surprise HR in the 4th. If the Bisons continue to hit the long ball consistently, it will make the a force in their division.

Parmley contributes: The right fielder went 2-4, 2 runs scored and 2 runs batted in. He can provide a nice boost with Roemon Fields at the bottom of the lineup.

Rowley’s start: A solid start for pitcher Chris Rowley. After a 23 pitch 1st inning, he settled down and went 5. Despite throwing 5 walks, he stayed in counts and got batter to ground and fly out.

Bisons bullpen: Only two had to be used in this one. Al Albuquerque and Sam Moll gave up the only run, along with 3 hits and zero walks in 4 innings.

The Bisons and Indians play game 3 of this series tomorrow with a 1:05 first pitch at Coca-Cola Field.
