With no recent delays in Bisons baseball, the herd have been playing their regular schedule….go figure. Mother nature is treating Buffalo baseball well.

Here are some notes.

Rowdy Tellez has stepped up his game after a brutal start to the season. Tellez was hitting .056 at one point this season, but his eight game hitting streak has him at .259 average.

Conor Fisk and Justin Dillon made their Bisons debut last night. They both combined for 6 innings of scoreless relief, giving up 3 hits, 1 walk and striking out 7 chiefs.

Anthony Alford has been struggling since coming up to Buffalo. He had a three strikeout game last night and is hitting .171 so far in 35 at bats. He’s the third ranked prospect in the Jays system, it’s only a matter of time before he starts heating up.

It’s intriguing to see how Devon Travis will play out for the Bisons and how long he will be here for. He struggled to start the season in the majors so could being in Buffalo upstart his game and help the Bisons?
