Could there be a Berglund trade coming?
Andy Strickland from Fox-sports Midwest reports that interest is picking up to acquire Patrik Berglund.
Interest is picking up in acquiring Buffalo Forward Patrik Berglund. Stay tuned #Sabres

The Sabres suspended Berglund on Saturday because of failure to report to the team. The 30 year old has two goals and two assists and is a minus-5 in 23 games. He was acquired in a July 1st trade that sent center Ryan O’Reilly to the Blues.
It’s obvious that Berglund doesn’t want to be in Buffalo, this could be an opportunity for Jason Botterill to move him and get salary cap relief. Berglund still has three years left at $3.85 million.
Holiday roster freeze is at 11:59pm tomorrow tonight.
