Marvin Allen is leaving the Bills to become the assistant GM with the Miami Dolphins.
Buffalo national scout Marvin Allen is leaving the Bills’ to become the Dolphins’ assistant GM, per league sources. Allen and Dolphins’ GM Chris Grier have a strong relationship.

Allen has over 30 years of scouting experience, and was hired after Brandon Beane was named general manager.
